Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

At Crowned & Cleaned Co., we are committed to delivering a luxury cleaning experience with exceptional attention to detail. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every service meets our high standards.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to address any missed areas or concerns at no additional cost.
To help us resolve concerns quickly, we may request photos or a detailed description of the issue.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of cleaning services being performed and completed at the time of service, full refunds are generally not provided once a cleaning has been completed.
Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

A service was paid for but not performed.

A scheduling error caused by Crowned & Cleaned Co.

Situations where we determine that a service was not delivered according to our standards and a re-clean is not feasible.
Any approved refund amount will be determined at the sole discretion of Crowned & Cleaned Co.
Re-Clean Policy
Before a refund is considered, Crowned & Cleaned Co. reserves the right to perform a complimentary re-clean of the areas in question.
The re-clean must be scheduled within 48 hours of the original service date.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:

Dissatisfaction reported more than 24 hours after service completion.

Areas that were inaccessible during the scheduled cleaning.

Existing stains, odors, discoloration, mold, mildew, hard water buildup, rust, or permanent damage.

Results affected by excessive clutter or conditions that prevented proper cleaning.

Changes in personal preferences after the service has been completed.

Services completed according to the customer's selected cleaning package.

Issues caused by third parties after the cleaning has been completed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Residential Services

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment will not incur a fee.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service amount.

Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.
Commercial Services
Commercial contracts may be subject to separate cancellation terms outlined within the service agreement.
Damage Claims
While our team takes every precaution to protect your property, any damage concerns must be reported within 24 hoursof service completion.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
