Clients are responsible for informing Crowned & Cleaned Co. of any fragile, valuable, antique, damaged, or specialty items prior to service. While our team exercises reasonable care during every cleaning, Crowned & Cleaned Co. shall not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces or furnishings

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improperly installed fixtures, décor, shelving, or hardware

  • Damage resulting from defective materials or faulty construction

  • Items not disclosed as fragile or requiring special handling

Any claims regarding service quality or accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with any area cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours. We may, at our discretion, return to address the concern. Refunds are not guaranteed and are determined on a case-by-case basis.
